Yoga in all its forms, creates positive energy. Because of the positive energy that you become successful, and a life where powerful visions become reality. Your health has improved exponentially due to the regular practice of yoga. Yoga has benefits both aspects of a healthy person. However, some people are just as “training”, and as a result of yoga should be classified in the West as an exercise.
