i believe this DVD is just a subset of Shiva’s Yoga Shakti DVD!You’re better of buying the full Yoga Shakti DVD for another 6-bucks which includes this practice and more. I absolutely LOVE the Yoga Shakti DVD and would highly recommend that instead!

This is a FANTASTIC DVD. Shiva is an amazing teacher who mixes just the right amount of instruction and great music. And while I agree that Yoga Shakti is an AMAZING DVD which I also have an use daily; this is a beautiful practice in its own right. It should be noted that not every retailer is as fair with its pricing as Amazon and I have seen Yoga Shakti for $29.99 with this DVD priced at half. For someone just discovering Shiva; someone who does not want or have the time to make a new matrix; or someone on a limited budget this is a great choice.

Sun Salutations I realllly love this dvd. Her voice is soooo soothing. The sequences are wonderful. Music is cool and easy to listen to.Instruction is right on. A few power vinyasas…GRRRReat!! Thank you Shiva for contributing to my yoga career.A definate must have.

I love this video. The Preset practices are easy to follow & the matrix makes it fun to create your own practice. Definitely one of Shiva Rea’s best DVDs.
