As history of yoga is very rich it serves people in all its manner and this is among its form which is also known as Power Yoga. Each of the 8 limbs has an important part to play for a better and healthy living looking ahead to create life less stressful and happy. It introduced that the path of purification is made up of the 8 spiritual practices. The eight spiritual practices of Ashtanga Yoga are Yama, niyama, asana, prananyama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and Samadhi. Whole of these mean something spiritual.

  1. Yama means moral codes,
  2. niyama means self purification,

What the belief of Ashtanga Yoga is that the body traps unpure things. The mind requires to be first before the body can regain control again. Then the 8 principles are exercised through what is called vinyasa and tristhana. Vinyasa means breath and movement in concert. When you breath and move it motivates the body to increase circulation and take away the impurities by perspiring. The poses are used to fully build up the strength and health of the body. The series of exercises make this possible. There are 3 postures used in Ashtanga Yoga . The beginning is the Primary Series which designs on aligning the body and also detoxifying it. The 2nd is the Intermediate Series opening and cleaning the energy channels which refers the process of purifying the Nervous System.
