The Purpose of Yoga – Problem Solving Skills
The most common reaction to a problem is to say: “Why me?” This is a normal reaction to the many problems that beset us. If you could solve all problems calmly and without fear, and make better decisions ” under fire “, all the time you were either very lucky or enlightened soul. So what is the answer to solving many problems of life? First, people who are still to solve difficult problems calmly, even when everything around them into “panic mode”. If you train the “right”, by rational thought, you’re on the right track, but sometimes errors reveal important life lessons. Reverse some of our best teachers. Yoga teaches us to accept what we can not change, but we certainly can change ourselves from within. We can change, adapt and learn new skills in business practices. We can survive and create difficult situations, what we learn on the road. We can redefine and strengthen. If you have designed to go through your life, you see, and each intersection has been improved by a previous traveler. Errors, problems and errors have the world we know today was built, because the way we learned, and to document the past mistakes. If you practice pranayama, you know how many errors must have occurred more than 5000 years of research? If you push your body beyond natural boundaries, has something to give.
