My children, ages 3,4,and 6 are excited to do yoga with This DVD. They really enjoy the poses, stretching, breathing, and partner exercises. The movie is simple and easy to understand.

We have tried sooo many yoga DVDs for kids and my seven year old son really loves this one and we can all do it together – it’s so much fun and a good workout! The poses are unique and the attitude is all about having fun moving your body!
