Yoga Pose

The most important part of yoga is the different Yoga Poses and positions that you are able to place your body into. If you slowly execute these yoga poses with some amount of concentration, you will be succeeding in not only developing your body but your mind too. Yoga Poses include different matters such as warm-up, standing, seated, twist yoga, supreme, inverted postures, balance, backbends and finishing poses.

Among the most basic standing poses in yoga is called the triangular Yoga Poses or the trikonasana. So to perform this pose you should be standing and position your legs somewhat farther apart than your shoulders while keeping your feet straight.  Your arms had better also be raised up to shoulder level. Next you should let down your right arm and stretch it as far down the right leg as you sense comfortable. Among the most popular Yoga Poses is the lotus pose otherwise called the padmasana. The lotus yoga pose is a seated pose and it needs flexibility too. You should start off by directing your right foot on your left thigh and keep this foot facing up. And then base your left foot on your right thigh and keep that foot facing up too. You should then carry on with laying the palms of your hands facing upwards as well. You had better also sit to the right of this yoga pose and base your left leg over your right foot with your foot on the outer side of your right knee. When executing this Yoga Poses you begin in a kneeling position and your hands and elbows placed on the floor before you. This pose strengthens the neck and back and trims down stress and fatigue too.
